I had my second visit at TP Dental and again received fabulous service! Stacey & Andrea were very professional & informative and made me feel at ease during my time there.
Dr. Kwon himself called me later that evening to see how I was feeling! That kind of service is how he sets himself apart from other dentist and I will continue to visit his office! |

I have anxiety about going to the dentist when it comes to having a filling done. So for me to have a crown done, I was equally nervous. When I let Christy, the assistant know, she let Dr. Kwon know and once they talked me through eveything my anxiety level went down. I get nervous about being able to feel what's going on. I didn't feel a thing!!!! Not 1 time. And my mouth isn't that sore today :) |

I have been a patient almost nearly since the the inception of the practice. Dr. Kwon has been very helpful and always available for an emergency. His staff is very friendly and helpful with no surprises. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is where to go. I drive from out of town because I know what to expect. |

The office was great! It was super clean, the receptionist was friendly, there was a mini-fridge full of free drinks, and there were two computers for surfing the web.
I only had to wait a few minutes in the lobby and after my teeth were cleaned, I only had to wait a few minutes to see the dentist. |

I have never been to a dentist office that accommodated my entire experience. It is obvious that they have with purpose created an environment that is welcoming and caring. Jenny made every effort to make sure that I was not in pain while she cleaned my teeth. Dr. Kwan was patient and willing to answer my questions. Overall the entire staff complemented each other. I don't have insurance yet they were willing to give me a discount. I have found a new dentist. |

I had a few fillings replaced at Traders Point Dental recently. My experience was awesome. Dr. Kwon and Stacey, the tech that assisted him, were great. My teeth look awesome, you can't even tell there are fillings in them. Later in the day, after my appointment, Dr. Kwon personally called me to see how I was doing. I have NEVER had that before from any doctor. It's nice to know that there are still doctors that care! Love this office! |

I really enjoyed my visit at TPD. My assistant was very nice and Dr. Swan was very nice as well. The technology is very up to date and it's nice to have your own TV to watch during your visit. It's super clean and the details they provide on your bill and upcoming things you need done. It's great they take your blood pressure and give you a report card on your visit. |

Dr. Sang and his staff were all courteous, supportive, skilled, expeditious, and helped make my experience (because I mean really, who likes to have work done on their mouth!?) pleasant and pain-free ... even relaxing.
Dr. Sang followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing in the early evening ... NICE touch!!! Again indicative of the support, care, and dedication to excellence I experienced at my appointment!

As always, my children and I encountered another great dental experience with Traders Dental. The staff is always in great spirit and I could not ask for anything more. Issues with payments, insurance, and billing are resolved with a great attitude, and questions asked are answered without delay and promptly. I became a patient via a special that was offered and I'm so glad that I did. The dental clinic looks and feels spacious and modern, with a very comfortable atmosphere and everything you could want - including TVs on the ceiling (for when you're laid back in the chair for your cleaning)!!! My hygienist (Andrea)is skilled, quick, sweet and knows when not to talk. :-) We are very fortunate to have such a clinic right here in Trader's Point!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! |

It was my first visit to Trader's Point Dental, but they will now be my Dentist's office of choice. Everyone was excellent and the experience was pain free. They take the time to explain what they are doing, what they are using and why. I also received a follow-up call from the Dentist to make sure I was doing ok. Nice touch in this day and age of very little customer service. |

Wisdom Teeth Extraction

Had my bottom 2 wisdom teeth extracted. Turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated, but Dr. Kwon stuck with it and did a great job! He called later that day to see how I was doing, and if I needed anything. Outside of the inevitable pain, this was a great experience. The office staff know you by name, and Dr. Kwon is both knowledgeable and friendly. By far the best dental office I've ever been to. |

My first visit to Traders Point Dental was an enlightening experience to say the least. From walking in the door, meeting the full staff (and oh, I did!) to my final exit, the comfort level and caring were next to none.
The time the staff and Dr. Kwon spent explaining patient status and procedures needed through digital imagery was outstanding. And it's a must see!
I jumped into some on-the-fly procedures, was extremely confident in their care and frankly have to say it's the best, new experience from a medical team I have ever experienced.
Not too many people can say they had fun at the dentist's office. I can. And I invite you to enjoy the same experience I did. You won't be disappointed! |

I am more than pleased with the experience that I had at Trader's Point Dental. The associate that took my phone call to setup the initial visit was extremely friendly and helpful. Then when I arrived, the same was experienced throughout the rest of the visit. The hygenist was easy to talk to & very friendly. I really appreciated the doctor taking the time to sit down with me and explain everything that he saw along with his recommendations. He appears to be genuine and was patient with me and my individual case. They were thorough in the explanation of the financial options and discounts they offer, as well as the dental plan that they recommend for me. I am looking forward to the upcoming plan we have established and future visits beyond that. I will also be bringing in my 4 year old for his first visit to the dentist. It's really nice that they will see kids too. |

I do not enjoy trips to the dentist or dentist offices, but Traders Point has a great facility and a very friendly staff that helped to make my experience really quite nice! I really enjoyed being able to watch tv while sitting or laying in the chairs! The facility is very cutting edge and Dr Kwon made me feel very comfortable with not only his knowledge and skill, but also the amenities and creature comforts spread throughout the well planned office. |

I had avoided going to the dentist for many years due to my dislike of needles and drills. We have tried a few dentist due to fact my daughter has a phobia with needles and dentists. I have never seen a more friendly outgoing staff as Traders Point. I do not have to fight my daughter anymore to get her to go. I love the fact that the staff and Dentist ask her how her day was and get personable with her and take her mind off why she came in. I highly recommend Traders Point to anyone who asks. I have actually told alot of people how great they are. |

Brand new facility with the most up to date technology. My procedure went very well with no pain at all and that was surprising for me since you hear all the bad stories about root canals. The dental assistants were very friendly and very good at their jobs. Dr. Sang is extremely nice and very knowledgeable in his field. Dr. Sang called me that night to see how I was doing. That in itself makes me want to go back and I will. |

Everyone at Traders Point Dental is extremely friendly and helpful. I originally took my grandmother there for an appointment and now my husband, brother-in-law, his son, as well as myself go there too. In addition to excellent patient care, the office is refreshingly modern. Computers with internet access are available in the reception area, x-rays are digital and seen within moments on the multiple television screens in the examination rooms, and everything is clean and well-decorated. I would definitely recommend Trader's Point Dental. |
